Allows to use the Black board component, the event dispatcher, the reporting component.

This component is the part of the Analyzer directly linked to the MALP blackboard , the Event dispatcher and the MPI Report . It also contains a partition id and the maximum number of flying packets.

It's used to initialise those components for the Analyzer and to send Event_Pack to the Analyzer's black board (MALP blackboard ):

assign the MALP blackboard to the Event dispatcher .
register Meta data handling (meta data pushing handler : Meta data handler )
register Event sink (event pushing handler for the Analyzer blackboard )

MPI Report structure initialisation
